GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE:
NOTICE
Prior to contacting union officials, please download and fill
out a
"Statement of
Occurrence" form.
Once form is complete, contact any Board Member to discuss your
problem.

Please remember grievances must contain a violation of our
written contract.
If no violation has occurred, you may not be able to file
a grievance.
A
Board Member will discuss and explain this as well as the
grievance
procedure when you contact them.
